Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to cancel a sailing trip due to adverse weather conditions. Private charter bookings are required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the balance paid prior to sailing. A full refund of monies paid will be made providing we are given 7 days notice of cancellation prior to the departure date.

All other bookings require 48 hours’ notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

We abide by the NZ safety standards set out in our license and keep high standards to avoid injury. All activities aboard the ship are voluntary and at the individual’s discretion, therefore should injury occur, we will not accept liability.
